What should i accessorize with this dress ? & is it pretty ?

I would personally just wear bright earrings like the model in the picture. You could either wear those or a cute, simple necklace. Don't wear both though because since the dress is so sparkly, it may look like you are over accessorizing. Try forever 21 for some really cheap but adorable jewelry !
