What are some staple clothes every teen girl needs to have?

I'm wanting to get some new clothes, seeing that it's almost summer, but I'm not sure what to get. I don't have many dressy clothes, but I already have a ton of jeans. I guess I really want to know what some basic clothing is that I should get. Some things about me: I'm a bit of an hourglass shape (I'm a bit 'busty' and my hips/thighs are a bit big but I have a small waist), I don't party all that much, I like to get dressed up for myself sometimes, and I'm somewhat shy. Any suggestions at all would be great, and pictures/outfit ideas would be even better! :)
