Swimming workout question?

Hi, i am 19, male, using someone elses account, anyways my question i been swimming for a few months and i got pretty good so i want to make my workout more challenging, to tone down, lose weight and get better, anyways the workout will consist of swiming 10 full laps, 500 yard, front full crawl motion, speed medium to high, everytime i complete the 500 yards i get out of the pool quick do 20 pushups and repeat, this would go on till i do it like 10 times, 5000 yards 200 pushups , a 3 hour long workout or more i need to increase my speed as well, thank you.

Ways to raise quick money for a car?

Im 15 and can get my permit soon so I will have to buy a car. I want to buy it with my hard earned money not my mom's. I want to get a Toyota Supra. I will buy it most likely off craigslist due to costs. But I need ways to get to around 7,000. I have 800 saved so far. I know 7000 is alot but I'm willing to do what i have to do to get it. Most places around my area wont hire until 16. :/ I was thinking of maybe putting an ad on craigslist saying "Willing to do any labor jobs such as yard work, and moving heavy objects for cash". Do you think this will work?

I want to lose weight as well as tone up. I do not have money for a gym but I do have a reflex punching bag. I live in Arizona so it is hot as hell. I was thinking of doing sprints in my back yard. But I also want to learn free running and karate. Does anyone have any advice??

Why is so many people on here rude to anybody that breeds their dog and calls up back yard breeders?

I would rather get a puppy from someone who raises the dog not just for puppies. I love my dog and yes she has had puppies that I sold 4 differents times and now she will not be having anymore I will not breed my dog to death like some people do. So do these people think getting a puppy for a pet store or a puppy mil is good. My puppies were always loved and already good with kids before they were sold. Not locked in a cage and unfriendly. So don't call people backyard breeder if you don't know anything about them. So where do you think we should get puppies. And what makes someone a backyard breeder a very rude term by the way.

Where can I find a motorcycle engine?

A junk yard would be a good bet, but a better bet might be to just take a ride out in the country and see what you can see. Also, CL is always full of motorcycles that are being parted out. An old snowblower would be a good bet too. Plus, it already has a fuel tank and a usually a clutch you can adapt too.

Suggestions for next years sunflowers?

this year my mom really wanted me to plant sunflowers along the fence between the neighbors yard and ours. the variety she chose however is Russian mammoth... going by the seed packet this variety will be 8-12ft approx 2-6 feet taller then the 6ft privacy fence sooo yeah in hopes of keeping the peace between houses i'm looking for a smaller variety possibly 5-8 feet, edible seeds, any suggestions? also i read that you can place climbing plants on sunflowers to add a touch of color is this true? if so what are some good plants for that?
