POLL: Do you know a creeper?

Yesterday, I was rushing so I wore a bustier, and a bra, but my bustier already has a bra inside and I didn't have time to change, so my chest looked bigger than usual... When I was talking to the creepy guidance counselor (He has a long white ponytail O_o) I noticed that he looked at my chest a few times. When I smiled, he said it's nice to see me smile... but he said it in a creepy way. He's such a pedo, I'm only 14 and the bustier wasn't skanky or anything... D:
