Is it possible to get a book on my Kobo that isn't on the website?

I want to add The Golem's Eye by Jonathan Stroud to my Kobo e-reader..but it's not available on borders or kobobooks.com.....is there a way to download it online somewhere (like a pdf) and put it on there?
