Invasive teacher? What do you think?

I have this English teacher, whose kinda nice, but can't keep her hands to herself. She could be talking to the class while walking around the room, and stop at me. She once put her hands on the back of my neck (not inflicting any pain, just touching), and stood right next to me while she spoke to my group, and started slowly rubbing her leg. And at times I'd be sitting with her back towards her and she'd often "accidently" nudge me with her bottom. She's also very busty, and sometimes brushes my shoulder with her breast as we're passing each other. Though at times it might be accidental, it sometimes feels deliberate. One time she asked for help, and was all like "I need to reach this textbook, can you just support me so I don't fall off this chair?" So I just to kept my hands on her waist. And at one point when I had to print out my coursework for her at lunch break, I was in her class, and she seemed quite flirtatious. Plus, I go to an all boys school, and she's very attractive and the boys like to flirt with her, and she seems to like it. Maybe thats spurring her on? I'm being VERY serious here. I'm not exaggerating one bit. Should I report her? Should I confront her? What should I do? I'm not really bothered by it too much, it's not affecting my education, but seriously? What the hell is she thinking?
