How do i pierce my lip without my parents knowing?

i want to get snakebites but my dad would kill me if he found out...help! and i want to pierce my belly button and we have a pool in our back yard that the whole family swims in and i dont have a one piece swim suit....there ugly.....so plzzzz help thanks!!!
